Art direction and design for the "Humanity" exhibition catalog and merchandise in collaboration with Skira Editore.

Skira is a renowned exhibition producer and publisher known for high-quality art books and catalogs. The Jimmy Nelson Studio collaborated with Skira for Jimmy Nelson's first exhibition in Italy in 2023 at Palazzo Reale.
The challenge was to create an exhibition catalog and merchandise that captured the essence of Jimmy Nelson's "Humanity" exhibition, ensuring visual appeal and cohesiveness with the exhibition's theme
As the Art Director and Designer, I led the concept and design of the exhibition catalog, resulting in a visually stunning and bestselling art book. I also curated and designed minimalistic merchandise, including black and white tote bags and earthy-toned candles, to complement the exhibition's atmosphere and color palette.
The goal was to provide a cohesive and immersive experience, extending the exhibition's impact through the catalog and merchandise, which reflected the exhibition's themes and provided lasting memories for visitors.
The "Humanity" catalog, produced in collaboration with Skira, became a bestseller and continued its life beyond the exhibition as a beautiful art book.
